Hello, I am Chad Wardlow the owner of Lighting Bug Outdoor Lighting. I am a master electrician and Lighting Bug is an  electrical contractor. In low voltage outdoor lighting you are not required by the state of Iowa to be a licensed electrician but I would highly recommend it for any lighting project.
